Ivanka is naturally pretty (as shown below), but the photo below shows that even a natural beauty can get an "upgrade" (as Beyonce so eloquently put it). I think the cosmetic surgery she had enhanced her natural beauty, and she didn't overdo it like so many others!

I know! And she has had her families weight issues all of her life, up and down, and to make herself look more dumpy...what advantage is that?
Maybe someone knows- is overdoing the boobage something that can be reversed or toned down or are you stuck with whatever the results were?
BTW- She refuses to admit that she had anything done for some reason, like no one would suspect I guess!! The whole thing is very strange and disappointing to me; she was so classy...

As a NATURALLY large breasted woman with a very small frame, I don't think her boobs look too bad. Yes, they are large, but I think they are still in the "tasteful" category. She didn't get them Pamela Anderson or Dolly Parton supersized. They look to be about a C or D cup, which given her frame, she COULD have breasts that size naturally (mine are DD's and natural and I have a 23-24 inch waist!) Mine are large, but not disgusting looking. She also keeps them covered up nicely, which is something most naturally large busted women do

Radio City 1998...So she was 17 here- will someone please explain why she needed breast implants if she looked this good even as a teenager?? Very strange; I would think a lot of girls would be very happy to look like she did naturally...

Although I could be wrong, it is possible that she was a little "heavier" during this time (i.e. possibly due to baby fat). As you age, you lose volume in places like your face (cheeks), stomach and sometimes even your breasts. OR, it's possible that she got her breasts done young, and redone when she got older. Where I grew up, many of my friends/classmates had nose and boob jobs. You can be as young as 16 for most nose jobs, and some docs will do a boob job at 16 with your parents' consent (others want to wait until you have finished developing/growing)!

I was thinking the same thing. Looking at her teenage pics, she kind of had an Angelina Jolie lip thing going on! I think she had nice lips, but her "new lips" look just as good and natural on her. I think she went a little overboard with the nose, but she's still pretty enough to carry it off!

I'm always disappointed to find out when people who I find beautiful have had plastic surgery. Because lets admit it most people would go from a 7 to a 10 with a little tweak. However, it's her decision to make and I still find her beautiful.
