^^^ It depends on how you look at it - if you see dressing up as something you do to please others as you said then indeed you'll find it disrespectful , but I think that you firstly should dress up for yourself and not for others , it's not like I allow myself to look horrible when no one is around....
And her boyfriend didn't show up like a mess- he just keeps it simple, clean and manly
) is image driven...I have never once seen any of them when they were not turned out and properly dressed- including running into them in the hall unexpectedly at work, which can be unnerving, btw...
Donald and the kids come from money (his father was very wealthy) and have gone to the finest private schools and colleges...Pretty much all of the kids friends and dates can be traced back to other prominent NY families, prep schools and often Ivy League colleges (Jared graduated from Harvard, Donny and Ivanka Wharton at the Univ of Pennsylvania and Eric from Georgetown...) So there is absolutely no excuse for anyone not being aware of what they are doing around this family.... Boyfriends escorting a beautiful, famous young heiress to a public event, where she is all dressed up and without a doubt will have her picture taken and out in the media the next day is simply rude and disrespectful when the escort has on chinos and a wrinkled shirt hanging out!! There is nothing manly and casual called for; they are not running down to Starbucks for a latte- properly dressed to compliment one's date is the only respectful, proper thing to do- and these guys all grew up knowing the social graces and are somewhat well know in there own right... I know causal, hip, three day growth of beard is in these days, but this is not the place for it. I think it is rude and shows a serious lack of consideration for Ivanka, and btw, does not speak well for the "gentleman" involved either...
But that's just my take on the matter...

!) and they continue to show up on her arm sloppy... Now her father- different story- I am sure she has heard about it from him...
He was famous at the casino for throwing a fit in front of everyone when he walked past one of his Vice President's offices and the man sat at his desk with his suit jacket off!!
This was a while ago, but you see my point- That military school training is deeply ingrained. I know we management type people were warned never to go to a meeting in anything but a suit in case he was around- he would call your boss and give it to him, in very salty language, btw... So dressing properly is a very big deal in TrumpLand- something Ivanka's boyfriends seem to not have noticed...
But Ivanka always seems to look beautifully groomed and professional at work...
Well, here's more of my thoughts- As some of you know I've been around the Trumps for quite a few years now, and their entire business (or entire life?) is image driven...I have never once seen any of them when they were not turned out and properly dressed- including running into them in the hall unexpectedly at work, which can be unnerving, btw...

Nice, good manners, knows how to dress....I think I have been looking for love in all the wrong places

It's so hard to find a sweet boy, who loves his mother (not too much) and has manners. What is the world coming to?

. I actually think she looks better in movement than in still photos.
