So the Astor Place condo Jared and Ivanka have been living in is, obviously, just too small a starter home now that the littlest Trumpster is on the way, so they have moved to the penthouse at Trump Park Avenue! And now the little downtown dump is for sale for only $4.5 million, Jared 'paid' $3.2 million two years ago, so he deserves over a million dollars profit- right?? It is only 2 floors, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths- can't be unreasonable here...I am just so glad the baby won't have to be brought up in this squalor...

The Post's Jennifer Gould Keil reports they're on the verge of buying a 4BR penthouse at Trump Park Avenue. The place was originally listed for $20.8 million, is unofficially asking $16 million, and is probably available at some markdown for buyers who share a name with the building....

Jared's old place is just bad. It looks like a woman came into a bachelor pad and tried to redecorate to make it look like "their" home. It's just ugly though. I can see why she wanted to move. Does she still have her apartment?

Ivanka Trump thinks her father Donald would be an "amazing" politician but says "you'd have to convince him to run."
"I think this country is a little tired of career politicians," she told "The Insider" host Lara Spencer. Rumors are swirling that "The Donald" is considering running for President, of which his daughter responded, "I really admire him. If he does it, I will definitely be out there campaigning for him."
However, don't count on Donald being on the ballot just yet! "It's one of those things that obviously there are setbacks and drawbacks just on a personal level, and I think that's why so many people who would be amazing in public office just don't end up running," Ivanka explained. "With that said, we need more people who are fearless about that and say 'You know what, I see a problem and I know I'm the right person to fix it.'"
Ivanka saw a problem in the fashion world and decided to do her part! She told Lara that she decided to start an affordable shoe line after she saw what a demand there was for quality, "all leather, elegant heels" that wouldn't break the bank. Her current line of shoes, handbags and coats are available at Nordstrom department stores.

She is traveling a lot while she still can get around...they are opening their new places in Panama and Toronto this year, and she was just in Hawaii and LA for some function...About a month ago she was skiing (!!) in Aspen with her brothers and the gang...But now that Donny and Vanessa are having a baby too, I guess the family trips will be cut way back...Brother Eric is very involved with the three new golf courses (Hudson Valley, NY, Philadelphia which is here in New Jersey, and Washington, DC, which is actually in Virginia...rolleyes:
