I liked her immensely in a French movie in which, if I am not mistaken, Isabelle Huppert and Sandrine Bonnaire also played (Bisset played such a classy lady!), and mostly in Anna Karenina. I can't imagine anybody else in that role anymore, least of all, Mlle Marceau, who didn't have the maturity and depth to play it, and is always so self-indulgent. Jacqueline Bisset played it with a poignancy that was the very opposite of the "Look at me!" take of Sophie Marceau. She had the kind of internal beauty you only find in art.

Wow, she's so beautiful! I can't believe she only has 2 pages.

I'd never heard of her, but I just saw Day for Night by Francois Truffant. A bit of a silly movie, to be sure, but there is an extra feature in which she talks about her wardrobe for the film. She said that Truffant asked her to bring her own clothes to set so she would feel comfortable, with the exception of one dress. She purchased three Missoni outfits before filming, but otherwise she styled herself for the entire film. Her taste is very classic, but has touches of mod to it, and I love the idea of it.

In her own outfit on set, it looks like one of the Missonis.
