The self-proclaimed world's first supermodel is super broke.
Janice Dickinson, 58, has declared bankruptcy after accumulating nearly $1 million in debt.
The former judge on America's Next Top Model declared bankruptcy after racking up unpaid tax bills and doctors' bills for plastic surgery procedures.

Dickinson owes more than $8,000 to Beverly Hills dermatologist Arnold Klein and is also more than than $8,000 in debt with the Beverly Hills Anti-Aging Center, according to a report on Monday in the New York Post.
The former supermodel confirmed the report later to RadarOnline.com and said she was eager to pay back her debts.
'I had some trouble, so yes, it is true,' she told RadarOnline. 'I am upset and taking every step to pay everyone back and I feel terrible about it.'

Dickinson has unpaid taxes of more than $500,000 due to California, New York and the Internal Revenue Service that date back more than a decade, the Post reported.
Dickinson in December announced that she was engaged to be married for the fourth time to new beau Dr. Robert Gerner, a leading psychopharmacology expert in the U.S.
The couple recently bought a home in the Hollywood Hills and celebrated in December with a house-warming and engagement party.

The outspoken reality star-turned-talent-agent found herself at a centre of a scandal after she was accused earlier this year of stealing $20,000 worth of jewelry at a charity fashion show during New York Fashion Week.
The brunette with the bee-stung lips claimed it was a misunderstanding and she would never steal 'cheap' jewelry.
She admitted walking off with the jewelry because she was in a hurry and forgot she was wearing them, but promptly returned them.
