It's definitely Italian Vogue not Paris, 1982 sounds about right. I remember she talked about this shoot for Italian Vogue with Bill King in her autobiography "No Lifeguard on Duty: The Accidental Life of the World's First Supermodel."

I did a search as the top left and it says Paris so I think I'm wrong here
