I don't think its her fault tho.
I've observed that also but IMO it usually coincides with bad makeup... I mean the yellow/gold eyeshadow and white eyeliner look at Rosa Cha didn't do it for her... they needed to customize it to her complexion and eyeshape more.

The nicole miller outfits are her best looks to date!
