That contraption around her neck ruins an otherwise cute, simple outfit. I can't decide if it looks like a jump rope or one of those garlic necklaces.

Both of her friends, though the dark-haired one especially, look a million times better than she does. The jacket is wrinkled and the dress is wrinkled and shapeless. Don't like it at all.
