I don't know which style would suit her personality the best, but I think a more minimalist style would suit her visually. She is stunning enough to pull it off, and it is not like it could get much worse than her current styling. I would be very interested in seeing it.

What kind of formal-wear suits a goofy personality? I have no clue

Minimalistic style would only work on her to a degree. Simplicity, yes...but plain/formal would be way too boring on her. She's young, and can wear fun pieces and should.

The only person remotely close to being on the level of the late CBK is Charlize Theron. Jennifer Lawrence energy reminds me a bit of 90's Drew Barrymore. She has potential, but she seems to wear whatever her stylist chooses, like she hasn't found her own voice yet.

I like her best when she´s doing the hippy-ish thing irl, I think it suits her. But on the red carpet, I think the bombshell look work best for her.

Minimalism is so (strangely) trendy nowadays, that it would seem even more inauthentic to see her dressing that way. The laid-back clothes she wear suit her. Not every actress is meant to be a style icon during their off time.

And the bombshell reason is exactly why she should part ways with Dior, way too prim and proper for her.

I loved her in Calvin Klein. I think she'd suit figure hugging American sportswear brands - in bright monochrome colours for events.
