Does J.P have a sister who is also a model?

I was looking at a new magazine this month...either Dazed and Confused or British vogue...and there was a section of up and coming new models and one looks exactly like J.P...when I checked the name it said something like Garret or something Pugh...she looked more blonde and perhaps younger??? does anyonw know?

There is a designer a designer named Gareth Pugh (no relation to JP) who was recently featured in Dazed and Confused. I haven't seen it, so I don't know if the pics are of JP.
Both of JP's sisters are beautiful, but neither one is a model.
