Islamist HipHop? Yes, there is such a subculture. Not quite sure which way it swings though. Strikes me there's a big risk of misconstrued intention here. Maybe Jezza wants to be fashion's Salman Rushdie. Dangerous frickin territory I'd have thought.

There's something about this collection resonates with my sense of what's interesting right now, where we're at. It's more about the 90's hiphop streety thing than the MiddleEast thing. But anything that's an affront to the twee prim fashionistas and their luxury BS. And this is unquestionably incendiary
