uhm. personally i dont think she always wears 'Comfy' things. She seemed to wear quite conservative,elegant,dressed up things lately. And left the sweatpants, hoodies aside.
Either way, she's beautiful.

i think what trustd1 io trying to say is she wears things that aren't so glitzy as in what Jessica Simpson or someone like that would wear..she always seems to be way over dressed in my opinion
she wears things because she feels comfortable in them..not to impress the public

ah i disagree, i do think she wears fancy candid style often lately, even if its just a pullover,scarf,shoes and a lot of jewlery,braceletts,necklaces,etc...
it seems like she does spend quite some time on looking good ( in her outfit ).

yea true...but still she's not afraid to get out in her tracksuit pants...some stars wouldn't be caught dead in what she wars sometimes.....

to me it seems like effortless chic when she dresses up..but she doesn't go all out there unless she's at a premier of red carpet.....which i think is great.....you like to see stars dress normal sometimes.....like us commoners..lol
some of them look like they get up everyday looking perfect.....it's nice to know even stars wear tracky dacks

haha no we don't. I fully agree with you. As much as I love Lindsay Lohan for example, I wish she'd just settle for a style and not try so hard to be trendy. Im sure Alba wears expensive clothes too. but mostly she looks pretty 'normal', yet surely spends alot of time putting herself together

yeah, that's pretty much what I was trying to get express.

JA definitely has been stepping up her style game recently both in her leisure time and for appearances. Much of that is probably fueled by her desire to change people's perceptions of her as merely eye-candy and a pin-up girl. She's been saying that she wants to be taken more seriously as an actress and get roles w/more substance, and I think changing her style a bit is one step in the right direction.

Of course, Jessica will have to improve her acting skills. As much as I like her, even I'll admit she'll never be mistaken for Meryl Streep or Charlize acting-wise. But if she get involved in more challenging projects, she'll be able to learn from more experienced+talented actors, which might rub off on her. Like anything, you can only progress by being around individuals w/better skills+knowledge than your own.


anyways, back on topic.......IMO, Jessica looks good in almost any type of clothing. She's one of the very few out there that can pull off the tracksuit or sweats look w/out looking frumpy or like she just stepped out of bed. That's impressive and gives her that girl next door/down to Earth quality that a lot of guys, incl. myself, find attractive.

when we went to go and see Deep Blue..i kept saying after we came out of the cinemas.."god she' so perfect..i wish i could look like her..it's not fair..she has a great bod..perfect smile..she's just perfect" and my boyfreind is like.."well your better than her..you have exotic looks too"..and i was like "aaawww....really!!! (not) thanks for tryign to make me feel better.....but i know your full of crap.....lol....this is JESSICA ALBA..HELLO!!!"

she really is gorgoeus no matter what she wears..i've never seena bad pic of her yet

GOOD ANSWER from your bf....he might have a career in politics. seriously, sounds like he's a lot smarter than I am when it comes to avoiding 'loaded' ???'s.....i've fallen into the "how do I look in this??...........and even.....do i look fat??" traps a number of times before. but, heck, I'm an honest guy.

Sorry, i know that this is your opinion and i respect it, but when you are going out, you don't care how you look? It's clear to me that if you are here you love fashion, and you like to look good. I mean there are some people (like me) who don't leave the house if they don't look perfect, and i'm not a celebrity. Imagine if you were a celebrity and you would know that you will get photographed even if you'll go out to buy gum, you would put a little effort too, wouldn't you? It's normal, NOBODY wants to look like crap. Especially when you know your photos will be in every tabloid for the rest of the world to see. And just for the record it's nice to look good, just for yourself, it's not bad.

haha i didnt criticize her for that. obviously she'll put herself together. but i meant she changed her style and looks quite preppy lately, even in candid style. now of course i'll brush my hair, put make up on and wear nice clothes. but she seems to take extra-much time for styling her hair, jewelery,etc..
that wasnt at all meant as a critique though, just something ive noticed.
