She is, in my eyes, one of the most uninteresting celebrities. Her prettiness is so generic I wouldn't even look twice at her if I saw her walk down a street, her style is quite generic as well and her acting isn't groundbreaking. She gets an awful lot of attention from the audience and media due to her "hotness" (which I seem to be missing)..

I like what you said because it perfectly captures my feelings about Sienna Miller and to a lesser extent, Jennifer Aniston.
I could not tag Sienna Miller out of a lineup of blondes if my life depended on it; she is THAT generic looking.
I *could* pick out Jennifer Aniston out of a lineup of tawny tanned blondes however. . . but only because of her gigantic chin.

You know, sometimes celebrities will pose for the paparazzi in an effort to get rid of them, aka Orlando and Kate in Australia asking the paps to leave them alone while they ate breakfast and then they'd pose for them. The paps left them alone and then Orlando and Kate posed for photogs. You never know the circumstances...

Plus, I've never seen anyone who looks like her so I don't understand how she could possibly be "generic".
Furthermore, she's Spanish, Mexican-American, French, and Danish so it's pretty hilarious to me that people think she's "generic". She has one of the most interesting looks in Hollywood - she's not a Gwyneth Paltrow or a Sienna Miller. She's completely different-looking from the mainstream.

"generic" as in commercialble as in not a unique beauty. you look at her and go "she's really pretty" but theres nothing really special about it. it's not a beauty that can be debated or mean different things to different people. examples of generic beauty: cameron diaz, britney spears . example of an un-generic beauty: audrey hepburn, kate moss. Gwen and Sienna are european so of course she's going to have a different look than them.
