“Project Runway” alum Jillian Lewis looked close to home for inspiration — Long Island City, to be exact — and sent out a fine collection that balanced her Edwardian sensibility with edgier touches, like graffiti prints on blazers and cable-knit patterns meant to mimic railroad tracks.
