Just to let you guys know Joaquin was in a car accident today in LA.

The story is he was on laurel Cannon BLVD just North of Sunset when his brakes went out and his car flipped.

His publicist says he is totally unharmed and didn't even have to go to the hospital. No bumps and bruises but he wil probably be pretty sore tomorrow. Course per usual with Joaquin news, there wasn't many more details, they aren't even saying if anyone was with him or if anyone else was hurt.

Publicist also confirmed he will be at the SAG awards on Sunday.

Guess some good news came from that!

aw well thats great hes okay ! how scary. and thankyou angelgaby so much for interviews and stuff. i'm always amazed by his interviews hes so real and definitely doesn't put on act like most actors in their interviews. my ultimate dream is to be in a movie with him. that won't be the most realistic dream in the world though!

there are advance screenings of walk the line in my city this weekend (yes it still actually hasn't come out!) so i'm really hoping i can see it

Phoenix, the 31-year-old star of the Johnny Cash biopic "Walk the Line," was driving near Laurel Canyon Boulevard about 2:50pm Thursday when he realised his brakes were not working, said Officer Jason Lee, a police spokesman.
Phoenix lost control of his car, which overturned and hit another vehicle also headed eastbound, Lee said.

His sense of humor on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" (I finally watched the entire interview!) was very amusing and kind-of attractive. I like him scruffy, kind of like how he is now...

great new pics! hot as always. i just came back from seeing walk the line. holy mother of god it was an excellent film. it goes without saying he was really great in it. and he looked so gorgeous too. but i couldn't believe reese witherspoon. she was great! and i never thought she was that attractive but she looked beautiful in the movie.
