John Galliano S/S 2018 Paris

oh god no....

I still have in mind John Galliano F/W 2007 or 2009, so in comparison this is a disaster. The clothes look so cheap !

Who designs for this house?
It's a travesty that John Galliano doesn't have creative control of his own name. Whatever they paid him was not worth it.

Something about his work always looks incomplete. I don't know, it feels like something is missing.

How can it be that they turn out collections season after season. They did away with the men's underwear (which I'd liked), but kept this?? Someone must be buying? :o I'd really like to know who would be so idiotic to buy into John Galliano's namesake brand knowing full and well that it was snatched from his creative control.

This looks more like a juvenile rendition of Dior. Indeed I'd rather take this shoddy little line no doubt put together in two days, than whatever Chiuri is serving up.

^^Agree. How this still exist is beyond me.

Who thinks: "Oh, I have 2k to splurge, LET ME BUY SOME NEW GALLIANO"

It's been over 6 years since his dismissal. I sincerely hope his original customers are smart enough to have noticed a difference. If not, then they deserve these clothes!

What i wanna know is how is this brand still a thing, WHO is buying this stuff???

This looks so tragic, sad and undone, I have the same question, who is buying this?
Every season the color palette is sad. They should invest more money in other brands and make this mess disapear

This is just a mishmash of actual John Galliano collections from the past, minus the drama, the shapes and the relevance.
