^I don't think his "lifestyle" that has changed more than his appearance. I believe he has had the cheek implant/buccal fat removal combo. Sometimes it looks okay then other times it looks really crazy, probably when he is tired. He was a very photogenic guy when he first came out. Models nowadays get tonnes of procedures, often not subtle. To each his own i suppose

Well I more mean the look combined with the vibe I get seeing paparazzi videos of him around LA at night. Kinda seems like more than just a situation of "oh he runs a lot now and got buccal fat removal".
