I love Maybelline Colossal Volum' Express Mascara. The formula is a "wet" formula, that allows you to build both length & volume. By layering a few coats, you can achieve a dramatic false lash effect. NY is a hot town - summer in this city is sticky. I have put Colossal to the test and it does not flake or smudge - and it still washes off easily with any cleanser. It even smells good too - like rose petals. The jumbo teddy bear brush complements the fantastic formula. It is a genuine brush - no rubbery spikes. The dense layers of the brush comb thru each individual lash - coating with darkness and depth, and ensuring no clumps. The size of the brush makes it easy to reach the tiny lashes on the inner corner of the eye. The tip of the brush is so tapered, reducing excess product from accumulating. Currently, it is available in two colors: Classic Black and Glam Black, both in washable forumalas. The packaging is a thick neon yellow tube with metallic purple accents.
