WerbowyStegner and anyone else who is too lazy to learn German to understand Julia's interviews:

In the interviw they still mention that Julia will be number two (behind Karolina Kurkova) of the most succesful models all over the world which I highly doubt.

About food and what she misses in New York, her boyfriend. Germany's Next Topmodel where she says that the show gives the model business a wrong reputation and that she never met one of the girls.

She also says and I hope this does not count as weight talk that she is one of the heavier models and everyone could not believe that that's why the JBK asked her to stand up and then she explains that the runway models of today have half the size of hers.

Unicef and that she didn't have a camera team following her so she didn't want to promote Julia Stegner as a charity darling but she promoted the project.

The Costa Rica story is that she was surfing somewhere (I think she said 2006 I can't remember) and felt really sick in her stomach and then they flew to Costa Rica in a hospital and she got a surgery and because of the liquid food she lost 24 pounds and looked really really thin and she didn't like herself anymore. Her agent though said she looked fantastic and wanted her to stay that way but she gained the weight back and now she has a new agent.

Ok. I didn't "catch" context I agree that if somebody very likes models rather ought to learn appropriate language. It surely helps. I began to learn (rather repeat or improve) German because I liked Claudia Schiffer I began to learn Spanish because of Brazilian models ... but I didn't know they rather (in Brazil) don't speak Spanish
However it's a prove that interesting in fashion is not only empty occupation without any advantage
