Looks good here; personally ALWAYS looks better without smiling , the nose job is too obvious when she smiles ( just my opinion)

come on, that's ridiculous. why would she have her nose reconstructed to look like this? she still has got a quite big nose and imo it's almost too big in comparison to her other facial features. however, that's one of the things that make her special.

^ unfortunately I'm totally the same.... I really used to like her, not only but also for that "model from my hometown" factor, but lately I didnt care anymore. and I hardly recognised her in that last h&m catalogue, first thought I saw heidi klum .

^I am one of the biggest Julia fans ever so I'm really not 'bashing' her but rather stating something that I think is happening to her face , I've always thought she was quite pretty (if you read in the beginning of her threads back in 2003 , everyone said she was 'clasically' prettyy! but really unphotogenic however recently MORE so. Bleached eyebrows and I swear to god her obvious nose job is really killing me. It started becoming really obvious in 2007 .. I have before/afters to prove it Seriously it's like the skin around her nose is too tight or something and she 's struggling to smile and ends up looking scary. T_> ; Why Julia why , you were perfectly GORGEOUS before WHY ! T_T;;

I think Julias as beautiful as ever, I dont really see any changes people are talking about. Love the look at the afterparty, like her hair with the fringe and the blue dress is different and interesting

I think she looks great. Some people need to remember that these are actual people we are talking about, not robot mannequins who dont ever age... In 2005 Julia still had some baby fat and as you lose that your face changes a bit. So like any human she is getting older but I think that she is aging beautifully (we should all be so lucky!) So please stop this nonsense about a nose job... if you want to keep posting about that then please show me this proof you have. If all you can do is post a picture of a girl at age 20 next to one where she is 27 and then have the audacity to claim the changes are from surgery then I think Ive already addressed that.

I have always enjoyed this forum to share my appreciation for Julia and her work and to read how other people enjoy her as well. So while I dont mind a bit of criticism here and there I do not appreciate gossipy, factless statements. So if you are "over" Julia thats all fine and good but then please move on to another thread (and change your username!). Please dont spoil my enjoyment of this with your baseless BS.

@werbowystegner: I know that you are a big Julia fan. Your nickname shows that aswell. Still, I think your allegations are pointless imo. There's no such proof to a cosmetic surgery. I also have to cosign iheartfashionmod's statement and make aging responsible for her little changes!

I also think she did have some sort of cosmetic surgery because not only is her nose a bit different but her mouth is no longer lopsided like it used to be. I guess such changes possibly benefited her career by helping her score the Maybelline contract and other commercial work but she got all her best high fashion work back when she had her imperfections.

^Thank you! Exactly. But I personally think she looked a lot better before it all.
I still think she can look really pretty though , honestly I do! Although in my opinion - she only looks good when she doesn't smile!
Knowing many people who have had nose jobs ( its really common among Korean friends) some have gone amazing - some give the 'pinched' look - Julia. But I guess I won't state it as a 'fact' .

As for the VSFS there were a few great shots of her - mostly non smiling. There were some lovely smiling shots too and she was sunny and suited her outfit very well . I'll say she was a hit - but there were a few photos that made me go :l , nevertheless it's fine.
