Just lovely. And even stronger as separates.

When Demna debuted his menswear for Balenciaga, it was very much in the spirit and aesthetic of how refined this is here. And here the oversized silhouette doesn’t look clownish nor ill-fitting; the easygoing sportswear/military mood is luxe and nowhere close to gimmicky; and the play on volume is disciplined and not like the usual messy one-size-fit-all that’s become common nowadays.

Such an effortless display of craftsmanship, discipline, tailoring, structure, thoughtfulness and a razor-sharp direction are skills that require experience and dedication— and talent. So, all the traits that aren’t in vogue right now.

It's all over the place but some VERY nice propositions. Looks like what Olivier thinks his Balmain looks like.
