There are 2 more sets of Karen in this issue.
One is a short ed by Ellen von Unwerth and another is her article of winning the VH1 fashion award as 'the model of the year', including some pics and a portrait by Irving Penn.

I was just browsing in the bookshop, and then picked up Vogue 2008, april.. and flipping through the eds there was a spread with Karen..
