GET ON BOARD

It's a Titanic reunion for Best Actress nominee Kate Winslet (for Little Children) and Best Actor nominee Leonardo DiCaprio (for Blood Diamond), who share a hug at the Vanity Fair party. Their blockbuster sailed away with the Best Picture trophy a decade ago. People.com

She definitely picked the right gown last night, the cut is so flattering to her and its classic Hollywood goddess, I wasnt sure about the color last night because it appered lighter on tv and sometimesmade her look a little washed out, but its darker than I realized and now I think its quite lovely, I do prefer her hair a bit farker though, to contrast with her lovely complexion!

Absolutely stunning. One of the best dresses of the night.

Very cute to see her and Leo together again. Never let go! Lame joke, but I had to! Seriously, cute pictures of them. ^_^

Elegant, chic and real. I sure hope that Kate has a long career making films. I think that she has the talent to create interesting characters well into her Helen Mirren/Judy Dench years.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet are teaming for the first time since Titanic to star in DreamWorks' Revolutionary Road, reports Variety.

Sam Mendes will direct the
movie, based on the acclaimed 1961 novel by Richard Yates about post-war disillusionment.

John N. Hart, Scott Rudin, Bobby Cohen and Mendes, who's married to Winslet, will produce in association with BBC
Films.

Yates' heart-rending and bleak
book, celebrated for its storytelling style, follows a seemingly happy suburban couple with two children in the mid-1950s who find themselves caught between their true desires and the pressure to conform -- with explosive consequences.

Mendes begins filming this summer from an adapted
screenplay by writer Justin Haythe. Paramount Pictures has worldwide rights.

Scarlett Johansson out, Kate Winslet in

Wednesday, April 04, 2007

(NEW YORK) Scarlett Johansson may be the girl with the pearl earring, but when she couldn’t commit to being the celebrity attraction at Deborah Lippmann’s Vinyl album release party next Wednesday, publicists for Bath & Body Works—which exclusively carries the A-list fashion manicurist's new collection of nail colors, also called Vinyl—turned to another jewel to lend her celebrity stature: Kate Winslet. The five-time Oscar nominee will be on hand at Joe’s Pub to groove to a special performance by Lippmann, whom Vanity Fair has already likened to Norah Jones and Diana Krall.
