Cate Blanchett and Kate Winslet congratulated each other on their respective wins at the 18th annual Palm Springs International Film Festival. Winslet, who was presented with the Desert Palm Achievement Award for Acting, reflected on how her idea of the perfect acting gig has changed since the early days. “I used to pray for gorgeous co-stars and to look like Olivia Newton-John in Grease,” the actress reminisced. “Now I just hope that my co-stars have fresh breath and that I have to wear as little makeup as possible!”

I have to learn to pay attention. I didn't realize that the posts of Kate and Emma were from 1996. Kate's style has certainly matured in the last 10 years. She has learned to work with her physique and she looks more fit and healthy to me as well.
