+ two Meisel campaigns (Prada & Mulberry) and Mesiel eds (Vogue US & Vogue Italia). Not to mention her V Mag ed by Mario Testino, 3 German Vogue eds (one of them by Karl Lagerlfeld) and one for Vogue Paris. I mean if she was a girl like Masha N./Victoriya S. i would be totally in favour with her way of working, but these girls get good advertisement options, there is a big advertisement lack for Katrin, though.

I think people are saying this in reference to Kamila Filipcikova? But I don't think there is such a curse [at least for Kamila], she is still doing some solid shows, couture even, booked the Marc Jacobs campaign too whereas her partner on one of the covers (Agnete) is nowhere to be seen. And Agnete only had that one cover I think, so there.
I love Katrin and her look and she seems like such a sweet person but sometimes girls just fade away. You can do everything right, all the big things one season and the next one you're kaput. The fashion world is very fickle. I still hope she'll be able to book more work though.

By the way both Kamila and Katrin walked Anna Sui so it's not like Meisel has absolutely lost his liking for the two of them he's probably just focusing on his all-time favorites and new models which leaves models like Katrin behind. As sad as it is this happens to many models and let's face it it is already a huge honour to be in Italian Vogue alone and Katrin was in one phenomenal story and got two covers.
