EXCLUSIVE: Vampires Gone Wild Part Two! Photographer In Vampire Diaries Stars Flashing Scandal Takes On Cops

The alleged flashing incident involving four young female stars from the CW Network's new smash hit The Vampire Diaries has taken a new twist.

Fashion photographer Tyler Shields - who was taken to the police station and forced to post bond along with the hot young stars - is demanding an apology from law enforcement and a refund of the $6,000 bond he put up to get them out. His representative also told RadarOnline.com that a lawsuit against authorities is being "investigated" in connection with the incident.

RadarOnline.com broke the story exclusively that four stars from the CW show had been accused of flashing while photographed by Shields on a bridge in Forsyth, Georgia. Police showed up, took the stars and the photog to their station, and forced them to post bond on disorderly conduct charges.

Stars Nina Dobrev, 20, Candice Accola, 22, Kayla Ewell, 24, and Sara Canning, 22, were the ones involved in the incident with the Monroe County, Georgia Sheriff's Department.

The photographer is furious because he claims that NO flashing ever took place in Forsyth, GA, on August 22, 2009 and that police "extorted" him out of bond money.

But the police incident report states that they responded because of complaints of flashing and kids hanging off the bridge.

The TV stars and Shields were released after he posted $6,000 bond on the disorderly conduct incident. A rep for Shields told RadarOnline.com exclusively: "Nobody ever committed a crime. There was no nudity. Tyler was photographing the girls for his next art book The Dirty Side of Glamour and while shooting was approached by the police and his camera was illegally searched without his consent or a search warrant.

"Then he was extorted by the police for bond money even though no crime was committed. A lawsuit is being investigated and the police should return the money with an apology."

The Sheriff's Department says that Officer R. Morgan viewed images on Shields camera before deciding that all parties should be taken in and booked.

He claimed the images showed the women hanging, sitting and straddling the bridge with one photograph even showing one female being held by her legs by the other female as if they were trying to throw her over.

There's been no official comment from the CW or any of the arrested actors.
