Prada Candy is an intoxicating blend of musks, caramel, and an “overdose of Laotian Benzoin,” a resin collected from the styrax tree in the forests of Laos.

It’s sweet, sexy and definitely not for the faint of heart. Don’t be fooled by the cheeky, retro-Pop packaging: this is a bold, heady fragrance that definitely has Miuccia’s hand—or nose—behind it. French actress Léa Seydoux is perfectly cast in the campaign, which includes a video “inspired by the Apache dance, performed by street gangs of 1900’s Paris,” but mostly reminds me of something I would have loved doing with my high school theater group—wardrobe by Prada, please.
