Can someone explain to me the appeal of wet hair look? I literally can't think of a single reason why anyone would think it looks good?

This!! Why would anyone ever think it looks good for a red carpet and a formal event, specially styled all slicked back.

I kind of want to like the dress but I can't. The visible underwear is a big no as well as those sleeves. Maybe if there was more black snake embroidery to it cover a bit more up and wear flesh toned bottoms. I would also make the dress into a halter.

The black Cavalli isn't my favourite, but I have loved everything else she's worn.

I was about to say this. The super heavy style of makeup that is favored by her sisters is unflattering and does not allow her beauty to shine through at all. Her styling is often suspect as well.

Kendall either needs professionals (who work in fashion rather than reality TV filming or instagram) or she should do it herself. I'm shocked by how horrible her makeup, hair, and styling is at Cannes because she looks great when she's styled for a runway or fashion shoot. These trashy looks are compromising her brand.

yep! when they go heavy on the eyes, stupid contouring, orange face..she looks like all the others in her family (not a good look!)
