I don't know whether to laugh or feel sorry for her because her lips look pretty ridiclious
She ruined her lips with injections ... they are as big as Kylie now

Her lips are not even close to be as bigger as Kylie's.

And apparently, it's really not injections, since in page 37 you can see her lips looking ridiculously big in a pic with Kylie, but after that, she showed up multiple times in, with her lips looking normal/just fine. (VSFW being an example)
I guess it really is just makeup tricks after all.

I thought for sure she got lip fillers at VSFS but it just doesn't add up... I now believe it is all makeup...

She does both; they all do. She's absolutely gotten work done, but she also overlines her lips. The pic from the laker game her lips still look fuller (but not overdrawn). The problem is is that when we here someone got lip fillers, we expect them to be the size of Kylie's. Kendall's looks very natural but they're definitely plumper than just a few years ago (and no that's not because of puberty).

And at the Golden Globes she definitely over drew them. You can see the lipliner on her upper lip if you look close enough.
