Kenzo S/S 06 Paris

you're not alone. i'm a kenzo fan but i'm not feeling this aside from 2 or 3 pieces maybe... very disappointed

his prints are rather hideous. I like the first two outfits in #33, Lisa Cant's jacket and that's about it.

i like this one (style.com):

I'm not much into the nautical theme... Everytime it pops out again to me is always the same...

Anyway, the setting was definitely appropriate and quite cool!

But from Kenzo, I'd like to see some more "intimate" collection... something more "philosophical"... I'm bashing my head on the wall trying to remember the collection I liked best from Marras, but I can't! :(

I'll do a quick search and then edit my post to let you all know (I know that you can't sleep well without knowing )!

EDIT: Yeah! I find it quickly! ;) It's the F/W 2004!

The setting was the best, all dresses where lovely... and I'm still wondering what kind of music subtitled the runway...

Oops... I hope I didn't go too far with this OT :p please forgive me about it! ^_^

while i love some of the looks, the marine inspired pieces and some of the prints, for me it lacks a bit in the overall mood... one of the things i love about marras is that he does things that are 'aus einem guss', the show as a whole as a piece of art (as in kenzo a/w 04)... and i can't see that here?
see malkav, you're not the only one ^_^

the theme is excellent, the clothes are not bad. i like how the prints blend into the overall cutting of the dresses

i changed my mind, there's some cute outfits. hahaha, i guess it depends on the mood. hahahaha.:p it's not his best to date, but it's not bad. my favorite season would have to be f/w 04. that's the best one.

absolutely love it! thanks for posting fleur137! i also like the setting with the lights and the backgrounds and the boat... i also give credit to the models because of the fact when on a runway its hard to coordinate with the other models and make sure their ontime and such so basically seems like it went quite well
