Kim Noorda

Both of Kim's latest covers are nice in their own way, but there is just something off putting about that Harpers editorial:unsure: maybe it's the photoshop I'm not so sure but the cover is much more striking than the edit.

I agree about the photoshop and that certain "off"-feeling I get from this (probably also due to the unsual glamorous/ diva style on Kim) but... I'm just too blown away by the cover  She looks amazing on it and I'm increadibly happy to see her getting so much nice work recently. It's SO deserved!

I think it's a rather unexpected choice of an ed. I had the same with last issue. Cover and ed had nothing to do with eachother.

I LOVE her hair color. It's the perfect light brown....jealous!

Agreed! Gorgeous on Kim!

The cover is unbelievable! Definitely my favorite of Kim's. The editorial is different from what I'm used to seeing from Kim. Perhaps that's what's so off-putting?? I don't know. Anyways, while I do like this editorial its certainly not my favorite. The Vogue Turkey editorial tops it easily.

I just read two comments on Fashion Gone Rogue:

Sorry to spoil the 1005 acclaim - but the photoshop skin smoothing and general (and inconsistent) touching up I found very obvious and even distracting. Kim is a beautiful girl heavily tweaked so that the beauty you see is not her!

agreed! i work as a retoucher and know for a fact that is not her natural jawline!

So maybe that is what you're seeing? I'm not an expert when it comes to seeing the details of retouching.

I really love the cover, it will catch the eyes in the newsstand
Love the editorial too, that's a kim we would love to see more often.

Probably too much photoshop, almost everything is photoshoped these days :/

I see Victoria Secret on the horizon..... JUST KIDDING

Wowww these Spanish Bazaar pictures are gorgeous (some pics a little bit too much photoshop).....but after the last couple of editorials...i can see Victoria Secret on the horizon........ LOL....just kidding, just kidding.... before you guys go into a fit....:p

But it is interesting to see that someone (management) is thinking to switch things a little but up for the lovely Kim.... for longevity of her career in this cut-throat industry it is nice to see she can do different emotions/things/looks, and not only the ethereal innocent beauty, but she now gives also some beautiful sophisticated young women sensuality without it becoming too much/too sexy... once again probably also good for her state of mind & body image, instead of striving for a 13 year old body image...

OK...i am blabbing...I will stop...forgive me....but i am just happy to see there is some change....
