^You're welcome! And thanks for Karma (I can't post on your profile because it's set as private)

So, anyone else got their ticket for the Hyde Park gig? I'm so excited I'm going to see Muse and KOL, my two favorite bands, in June. I won't be able to concentrate on my finals at all
Many people at HA say they won't go to the Hyde Park concert because of the US/SOF fans. I really don't get that negative attitude of some of these KOL fans

I know, it seems a constant battle. I can see their point though as it wrecks my head when I ask someone their favourite KOL song and they say 'Closer off their album' and you think.... eh, they have four albums! I have spoken to people who think OBTN is the first and as a long term fan, that is quite frustrating.
But it would never put me off seeing the boys live! Ever!

Well truth the told, They are a pain in the a**. But that does not stop me from seeing KOL.

i'm SO happy he's wearing that jean jacket again. going back to his roots. he needs to do that.

^Awesome.
I got my tickets in the fan club presale, though I'm not even in a fan club or anything?!
I'm really hoping for some good supporting acts.

About the US/SOF fans: I still don't get what's so bad about people that get to know a band through one song. If they end up liking the whole album, good for them. I doubt people that only know Sex on Fire would pay 50£ for a KOL-concert ticket, so I still don't see what those people are afraid of.
Anyway, I just think that it's silly how these HA people call themselves true fans when they would miss out on seeing KOL live just because there could be some people there that piss them off. Quite frankly, even the newer fans are probably better fans than that :ninja:

They do not get to Know a band thru one song, the ones everyone is afraid of, ONLY like the new songs, that's the problem. And of course they pay to see KOL, they pay to hear the last popular album. Anyone that has ever been to a KOL concert lately has certainly has been unfortunate enough to meet them.

For my part I already have my tickets for Hyde Park, the Sex Somebody fans don't scare me enough.

Nope, they totally do. I've unfortunately seen this first-hand several times. They'll belt out Use Somebody and SOF and then either leave or just sit there. Crazy innit?

Really? Haha, I guess I'll see that for myself at the Hyde Park concert. I only saw KOL live once and that was at a festival, so you can't blame anyone for not knowing every song there.
I don't have to deal with any crazy teenage KOL fans here anyway, because they're still kind of unknown here. I just thought everyone was exaggerating because I feel like whatever band I'm a fan of it's always the same sell-out/teenage fans debate all over again.

Just wondering... Johanna is going to SXSW this year. Reckon the boys are playing? I have heard a Slane Castle in Ireland rumour too for Aug 28th...

When did she say that in her Tweets? 'Cause I haven't read anything about that...
So far I haven't heard about them performing at SXSW.

She tweeted it yesterday to The Whigs. I am following them both so it appeared in my feed.
Maybe she is just going anyway...
