i'm guessing that they just caught her at a bad agle in that boob picture..

she seems to have a pretty natural droop/slope...

Though you can assume that anyone criticizing Kirsten's boobs does!

I myself am on the uber-perky (natural) boob team, but I don't think Kirsten's boobs are too saggy to warrant criticism...there is SO much worse out there.
