Korres - anybody tried them?

I havent tried anything from this brand but now after hearing about the wild rose cream I do want to try that. And the products are not expensive whatsoever! Really, $32 for a moisturizer is nothing. I'm going to go to Nordstrom for this, I hate Sephora.

yes, agree...there products work and dont cost a smll fortune, which is nice. i especially like their clay masks. the white tea cleanser was a little weak for me if u know what i mean, but in general they have quality, affordable stuff

I haven't tested all the products, but i can say that the yogurt face cream, chlorophyll mask , the shave cream and the ginseng after shave balm are very good. Also the body products like shower gels and body lotions very affordable 10-15 euro.
I'm still looking for the perfect face cleanser.

Oh god I am in love with the body butters. I got samples of guava and quince. They smell so good. I also got the bitter almond body oil which makes me super soft and smell of marzipan. But it seems to be running out quick which is why I like the body butters better,

I am Greek as well and really proud of the success Korres has outside of Greece - espec. since we (me and my mother) were among the firsts to buy his products 10 years ago (he started from a small homeopathic pharmacy in Athens and their first products were 2 body creams and 1 sun cream - I may even have one old bottle somewhere. He who started the company, Giorgos, is around 40!).

I adore the body butters (mostly quince and guava), I have all the creams and soap bars and the ones I would recommend are bitter almond, vanilla/cinnamon (as body lotions), the basil/lemon shower gel, as well as the jasmin one. I also love the small kits of whatever products and also the chewing gum (I don't know if you have them in the US etc), esp. the wild rose one. Also, the lip glosses, wild cherry being my preference. And the hand cream, is simply fantastic, for skin AND nails! And I love the packaging etc. LOVE it.

You most probably don't know a lot about that outside of Greece but they started a new line, Kings & Queens, inspired by legendary well...Kings and Queens. some info here: http://www.forkingsandqueens.com/ The aesthetics as well as the smells/textures are heavier, richer but still wonderful!:D

I've already tried King & Queens :) My friend presented me shower gel, I love it!

Old thread...but I'm loving the evening primrose eye cream. I'll admit that I mostly bought it because it was cheapish and had suncreen but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it really does help to conceal my dark circles!

I'm impressed enough that I want to try some more Korres products to see if they're equally as good.

I love love love Korres! The products are really good, and the packaging is so pretty (as well as the interior design of Korres stores!)

For people in the US, you can get Korres stuff online at HSN at a discounted price . . . I'm tempted to buy some gift sets for my friends for Christmas! I'm half Greek so I have a sentimental interest in the line.

the lipbalms (in the pot) are really sweet, but feel nice and leave the lips feeling nice. i know some americans might find pots 'unhygienic', but it's really good stuff.

I LOVE Korres! I use the thyme honey cream all the time and I swear its a godsend, works like magic! It not only smells amazing but moisturizes my face like crazy.

I LOVE Korres products! They have everything that i ask from beauty products. Good quality, biological, mineral oil and paraben free, not tested in animals and of course approachable prices.

I've used a lot of Korres stuff and my top 3 favourites are:
-Korres Vanilla Cinnamon Body Water
-Korres Pomegranate Balancing Moisturizer
-Korres White Tea Facial Fluid Gel Cleanser

BTW, i used to know George Korres' niece. She was very much into chemistry herself and thinking of getting into the family business so i'm sure that the Korres legacy will go on for many years to come!

I just received two more body butter sets from HSN . . . it's $25 for two jumbo tubes as opposed to $29 for one at Sephora. I got Clementine and Japanese Rose this time. Both are so yummy! I've gone through the Quince and I think Basil Lemon body butters, but that was a long time ago and I didn't let myself replace them until I'd used up other lotions. I love their scents- they are totally unique and not at all artificial-stinky, which is a big plus for me.

I want to try the Evening Primrose Eye Cream and some of the Jasmine scented products. I adore jasmine and I'm sure the Korres scent will be delicious!

I've recently bought Korres' Yoghurt Velvety Moisturizing cream and though I've only been using it for some days now I still feel it was an excellent purchase. The texture is very nice for my oily yet dry skin. I might try the mask, too. I also love the shower gels by Korres, their textures are perfection.

I have to say I was quite disappointed with their shower gels and body milks... bought some stuff for me, my mum and sister so I got to try a lot of different things. The products were fine texture-wise, but the japanese rose body butter and the basil/lemon body milk smelled so vile I had to wash my hands to get the scent off. Very soap-y and plastick-y! And I normally like strong-scented products!!!

I've not tried body milks and body butters. In general I like only slightly perfumed body milks. But their shower gels didn't seem so strongly scented to me nor do I have the impression that the skin care is heavily scented.

Their Guava body butter is the best thing ever..and the smell so pure and clean! Liv Tyler is fan of it too, I saw her carrying it in a paparazzi pic! :D
