i was getting worried about the GAP ad but so happy it's super official now. can't wait to see her ad and i too wish they showed her striking her poses

omg DEFINITELY big YESSSS!!
she is gooo beautiful, and woudl be such a good poster girl for spreading the message of accepting people of all colours
which makes me sad to see that Chanel Iman is gettinghe's WAY more work than lais... mostly probably cause she's a halfie? :p
ugh this makes me angry, i want more LAIS! :p

wow, she looks mindblowing for VS :o she suits it so well. more printwork please :p

I agree, all she needs now is more print work, but it seems like her agency is going a bit more the commercial route :/

More from American Eagle :)

^It is unfortunate that we may be seeing her more in catalogs than Vogue's in the future (Although I believe she'll still be making appearances in the latter!), but I'm still happy that she'll be making gazillions, at least B)

Also in a way this route isn't too surprising, either - a lot of the shows she booked last season were in the same vein (Ralph Lauren, Gucci, etc.). Either way I trust Women in utilizing her as a great, versatile model more than anything :)

Well said. ^_^

This catalogue work is beautiful and nice for now, but I sincerely hope we'll be seeing more editorials of Lais in the future.

What a beauty.

mhmm, i too would rather see some eds from lais, or anything hf....
but to be honest, as long as we're seeing SOMETHING from her, i'm good :D
and yes, to be a little cliche, as long as things are going in the right direction with her in mind, all's good :)
