I definitely agree! Her ed in Paris Vogue should be completely elephant-free.

Its so gratifying when you see a girl and KNOW she'd be perfect for something , then it actually happens. Vogue Paris has been in the back of my head for Lakshmi for the longest while and now that its actually happened I cannot wait to see the results. It may be premature to hope for a cover but given the relationship between Ricardo and Carine I don't think its far fetched. Their tends to be a lot of overlap in their favorites.

Its also quite amazing that this will be her first full season. Prior to this most of her runway work has been based in Paris. This time around were going to get to see her in all the markets and with the buzz she's getting / gotten she should book some very interesting shows. Lets all keep our fingers crossed. I really want to see what she books for New York. I'm trying to imagine which shows would suit her look best. Personally I know I'd love to see her walk Alexander Wang, Proenza and Marc Jacobs. Maybe Ralph Lauren as well. I can't quite tell whether or not Ford will push her to walk everything or if she'll have a very selective season of only the best of the best. Either choice has its merits.
