Lea Michele took to the red carpet for the 2012 Golden Globe Awards this evening.

It should come as no surprise that Lea chose Marchesa for the event.

She wore an antique embroidered illusion dress from the Spring 2012 collection.

The feather-like appliqués is the focus point of this look, before it glides down into a slinky liquid skirt.

Smouldering eye makeup and a messy bun complete the look.

That being said I have to agree, not loving the look. Looks too deathly or something.. Can't put my finger on it.

^I think so too, even though its not my fav design, she looks good in more dramatic looks they suit her and her body looks fab. Thank god she got rid of the extra material on the waist from the original, that wouldve been a disaster

I feel the same way about the dress she wore to the GG. It is a bit much, but somehow she pulls it off. It's not my favorite dress, but you can't deny she looks great. And the fitting? Oh God, it looks amazing on her!
