I was in Santiago de Chile in February and a lot of girls were wearing leggings with minis. Even in the fancy shmancy malls and shoppingcenters.

Leggins should have stayed in the eighties. They are one of the most unflattering items of clothing that one can buy. Granted, models with favourable figures can carry them off, but only just. Unfortunately, in reality it only seems to be the larger of women, that go for this look...one of the mysteries of life...

^ I can't help but agree.... Leggings are very fitted, it's not easy to pull off. Black ones are probably the safest bet, I hate bright colored leggings..

god leggings are so awful....everyone wears them..i got my local mall and all I see are hideous girls with leggings a long dressy thing and boots..WTF it's so ugly! and to top it of their attitudes are horrible!! They act like they are on top of everything!!

Leggings alone, as people wore them in the 80s isn't flattering, but I do think the capri length ones, underneath a skirt or dress, is perfectly fine. Except for the fact that that trend is long past its expiration date and needs to go hide for a decade.

First of all, I really don't think the trend is past its expiration date. Balenciaga bags are still flying off the shelves and that trend has been going strong for well over a year.
Second, I bought a pair of Rachel Pally black capri leggings. I need some advice on how to wear them.
I found a cute Marc Jacobs dress and another Cynthia Vincet dress to wear them with. how else?? I want to find a cute empire waisted tunic, but I need one that covers my butt!! Not that its big, but I am just concious.
