I agree that leggings must be worn with something (dresses, long shirts, boyfriend blazers, boyfried t-shirt...) covering your 'behind', otherwise you are gonna look a bit vulgar I think.

I've noticed people in my city recently starting to wear leggings as pants. Not only that, they wear them with those half-cropped tops so not only do you see their butt, you see their bellybuttons too.

I wear leggings during the winter/earlyspring season, since it can be too chilly for tights. I wear them with skirts, shorts and certain dresses. I cover them up with boots, so that way outfit looks complete and won't look weird with them going down to my ankles.

I won't have to worry about wearing tights and then putting leg warmers over top to keep warm. lol

I wear my Lululemon wonder under crops as leggings. They don't bag because of the spandex content, and they don't feel as thin as cotton.
