Lemaire F/W 2025.26 Paris

Im absolutely enchanted. It is refined with no missteps.

A collection of chic separates and ensembles. The opening look is wearable and captivating. The puff-sleeve dress with its elegant cowl neck is essential. What follows is a procession of chic, refined daywear. The tailoring of the men's trousers is sublime. The coffee-coated taffeta trench coat, an absolute triumph. The plaid shirt paired with coated trousers presents a modern aesthetic.

Even the XL tan peacoat, perhaps the least remarkable of the collection, is by no means a misstep.

The layered grey denim paired with a trench coat exudes a thoroughly contemporary sophistication. The street wear inspired layering throughout the collection makes a strong case for his clothing.

Magnificent.

However, the hobo bags and other accessories fall short of the standard set by the RTW.

Lemaire has always had good pieces, but they’ve been drowned out in the past by layers of overwrought styling. I’m glad they are able to simplify the styling (somewhat) this time around and let the pieces shine.

Many repeated classic Lemaire still, but it’s good to see some actual evolution.

Oh! Sarah Linh is ready to pop out at any moment just like me lol. I can’t do heels at this point though lol.

Great collection!
Familiar but still right with the good tension! Clothes to live in and to live with!

Recently, someone asked me where my huge cardigan came from and when I responded Lemaire, the person was really surprised by the possibility of me being a Lemaire woman.

It may not be my aesthetic but it’s the kind of clothes I actually love.

The styling is right. Lemaire is actually the anti The Row lol.

I think they have achieved what The Row or those Philophile brands fail to do. Even though I am not particularly fond of their aesthetic, there is always a sense of ease and comfort in their clothes. They are like the French equivalent of Armani men who have the right attitude of being effortless and cool without trying too hard to justify their superior taste to others.

girl, watch 41:14... 💀😑.. she shouldn't be doing heels either!

also, congrats bb ♥️♥️ , when are you due??

back to the collection, not their strongest, I want to hate on the first pair of shoes but I really love love looove their shoes, you know a woman is behind them because they're so comfortable.

I can see a lot of nice pieces that will look great separately, the knits look yummy, the coat in post #4 🤤, the suede dress... just please spare me from the paris hypebeast styling, what in the y/project is that last look? they don't need to do that...

I read that they're doing really well business-wise, so good for them.

Regarding this collection, there are a lot of nice pieces that are easy to incorporate into anyone's closet. I just think I'll never really be into Lemaire because I find it so... frigid.

I've to say the more time goes the more tired I am of this whole "I wear 10 layers of clothing to go watch an artsy movie at the MK2" kind of vibe. My goodness, bores me to tears. So bland that it's not beige, it's grey.
