I like how they're continuing with the concept they started a couple of years back, of having a leather piece within the jacket that looks like a separate garment when it's actually attached. I was so in love with that jacket but decided not to buy it because at the time, it was $1500. And knowing me, a piece like that will get worn only a few times in the season.

I may have to go to Atelier and try those things on now - there's something alluring about seeing items featured editorially, despite having already nixed it at the store level... I'm a shopaholic...I need help...

Seriously, I can't even go in anywhere right now. I'm also only paying for things in cash. That helps a ton to cut down on spending--it is a lot easier to put $2k on your credit card than it is to hand over 20 $100 bills. There should be a "Help Me!" thread for those of us who can't stop... ;}

Those looks are better, I do like the way he does the leather.
However, sometimes I think he makes things too flashy with all the zippers, grommets, and epaulettes.

Ha, I had the exact opposite reaction - I'm liking the collection more in colors!

I've tried on a few of these pieces, but Atelier only gets them in black or the shiny, metallic blue color, which fits great. Unfortunately, I can't afford to buy it just now, but maybe in a few weeks... Thanks for sharing, __7. I wish I could purchase older items from Les Homme if they still had them, but I doubt it...

I don't recall. But they were up there - I think the pants were like $500+, and the jackets were in the $1200 - 1500 range, but don't quote me. I might be getting my pieces and collections mixed up.
