I used to wear Primark and New Look, now I wear Vivienne Westwood and Christian Louboutin. People change, circumstances change, their tastes change, I'd never hold it against anyone.

Back in 2007 she found out she has a heart mur mur and she started living a healthier life. So it's necessary for her to be healthy.

And she has been wearing Chanel as long as I've known about her. That's probably why they took her as their model.

As rosalynn said, people change and it's not a bad thing.

Yes, because eating junk food because you're depressed about your appearance and being self destructive with alcohol is something to be proud of.

By her own admittance she was in deep depression last year (for obvious reasons) and if her current shape is due to her drinking less and eating healthier due to her own health problems then good for her.
