MODOLL is a multidisciplinary project based on a 3D printed doll of American supermodel Lindsey Wixson.

The methods used for developing this project, as well as Wixson's involvement throughout the process, allowed to create an innovative doll that captures her unique features and reflects her personality, charisma and beauty.

MODOLL is the result of several months of study and experimentation with the latest 3D scanning and printing techniques, making it the first fashion doll of its kind.

The first 3d printed super model doll: created by Santiago & Mauricio / styled by Charlotte Stockdale / fashion created by AY Collective / hair by Thanos Samaras / makeup by Ralph Siciliano / 3d printed by Fauxograph NYC

MODELING IS... Very short lived. No matter how long you’ve been working, the next wave of models is coming in and is going to push you under. That’s the way it goes. You just have to be yourself and stick to what you believe in.

MY PERSONAL STYLE IS... Laid- back and thrown together; pieces on pieces that have been collected over the past five years. I always try to dress myself so that people don’t look at me weird, but then people look at me weird anyway.

I RELAX BY... Taking care of my body. I try to keep to a Paleo diet, I have regular acupuncture, drink teas and take herbs, and make sure that I’m not deficient in anything. I sometimes do a barre class – it kicks your *** and totally transforms your body.

IF MY CAREER ENDED TOMORROW... I would go back to Kansas to the house I’m building there; I’m hoping to make it luxury but completely off-grid. I would buy plants, build a greenhouse, fish and make bonfires with my family.

IN FIVE YEARS TIME... I would like to be in Copenhagen studying energy or design. I’m really passionate about the environment. What if we could change the way energy is produced or consumed?
