i think there is a mix of the reasons..
First of all , 39 it's a small feet for a lots of girls it's 40 or 41 , so sometimes they give to her a 40, but try to walk with bigger shoes! it's more easy to have a smaller one , the worst for her it's when its an open shoe..
But i have to admit maybe she can improve her walk, but she is definitly not worse than Arizona ah ah !

Yes, you're correct. I looked at the video again and it looks like it wasn't only her who had shoe problems. A few other models, one I think is Liu Xu, had some trouble. Maybe the runway was also slippery which also makes a too big shoe harder to walk in..

39 feet is considered small for a model. It's usually 40, 41 and even 42. Today they don't really accommodate shoe size as models are more expected to be blank slate these day just like with sample size. Gisele has small feet too at a 38 but they used to get more variety back then. I heard this is also the case with Candice Swanepoel who is a 38.5 but she picks which shows to walk.

Yes it's a pretty big overlooked problem. That's why so many models with big feet start bleeding and models with small feet slip. It's bad on their production end as putting on a show is about everyone doing their best as a team.
