Yet another skincare collection I'm obsessed with, and so affordable! Started out at Colette in Paris, now in US it's sold at Fred Segal in L.A. and Bergdorf's in NY.

Her concept:
Our formulas contain powerful anti-aging peptides such as Matrixyl 3000, Dermaxyl, and Haloxyl to smooth wrinkles/fine lines and even skin tone. The airless packaging system allows us to use highly effective performance actives that would not work in traditional skincare packaging due to oxygenation and contamination. Exposure to oxygen can cause many of the most effective skin care ingredients (particularly Vitamin C and many natural oils and extracts) to instantly degrade and become unstable, thereby compromising the overall efficacy of the formula.

The cleansers are only $30 and amazing. Insanely good stuff.

Here's a review of the Spa Facial Collection from specktra

The Facial Collection consists of ten products meant to be used together for a luxurious facial experience…with soft and smooth results. Each ’step’ of the Packette is designed to slough dead skin, remove the layer of dirt and grime, and reveal soft, smooth, hydrated skin.

Step 1 - The Exfoliating Cleanser - ($35) Ahh. This was a delight to use. It wasn’t harsh and it didn’t over strip my skin of its natural oils, but it did brighten almost instantly. Fruit acids gently exfoliate and brighten skin.

Step 2 - The Purifying Toner - ($35) I was impressed that this wasn’t the typical ‘astringent’ style toner, it was something I massaged into my face. Phytic Acid evens skintone, witch hazel tightens, and arnica extract smooth skin & reduce eye puffiness.

Step 3 - Clay Mask - ($55) Clay masks are always fun for me, I like running around the house and chasing my kiddos with my green face. This one was rather nice in that it wasn’t ’sticky’ like some of them I’ve used, and when I rinsed my face, my pores did look tighter, less noticeable, and smoother.

Step 4 - Treatment Serum - ($100) Here’s the part I got wobbly kneed, because I’m all about the anti-aging aspect of skincare. It’s lightweight, goes on nicely, and leaves skin feeling delectable. It’s loaded to the hilt with vitamins C, E, & A, olive oil, shea butter, jojoba oil, and soybean extract. I compare it to a multivitamin for your face.

Step 5 & 6 - Hydrating Mask & Hydration Booster - ($55 each) These two are meant to be mixed in the palm of your hand, then applied to your face and left on for 15 or 20 minutes. Oh. My. Luscious luscious hydration. How lovely it felt. I did leave it on the full 20 minutes and then some, simply because I got busy with life and wasn’t yet ready to wash them off. Amazing. The extra time did me no harm whatsoever. The mask is infused with marine collagen…so between the mask and the booster, skin’s natural collagen production is stimulated and maximized.

Step 7 - Lip Polisher - ($45) I expected something that was an exfoliant to be somewhat gritty and rough…but no. This product works with pineapple and papaya extracts to remove dead cells from lip surfaces. It’s also hydrating, with honey (I could smell the honey in this and I wanted so badly to lick my lips it smelled so good!!), mango butter, soybean and jojoba oils.

Step 8 - Lip Moisturizer - ($45) This particular lip product is a mix of several super hydrating oils, along with some essential vitamins. I can’t say I’d drop $45 on it alone, but it DID leave my lips feeling soft. I’d kiss me right now.

Step 9 - Eye Treatment - ($65) Fine lines around my eyes are going to be the death of me I swear. Well, not really but they’re there. I’ve got a few lines…Mom lovingly calls them ‘character lines’. This step in the facial spa collection is meant to fight dark circles and fine lines using ceramide, Oligopeptide, and Dermaxil.

Step 10 - Moisture Seal Cream - ($150) The final step in the process, Moisture Seal Cream seals in the moisture, hydration, and performance ingredients from the previous steps. There’s really only one word to describe this cream…Luxury.

So I followed the steps, 1-10, and am proud to say that my skin is positively radaint. I don’t want to put makeup on over it because I want to show my ‘glow’ to…ok not the whole world, but at least my husband and kids.

There are parts of this regimin I couldn’t justify the expense of, and there are parts that I can see as making total sense. Especially the Eye Treatment and the Treatment Serums. However, the Spa Facial Packette with all ten steps is $35 online at LisaHoffmanskincare.com, which isn’t much at all for a VERY deserved day of self indulgence!!

Thank you for that miu_miu! :flower: It sounds luxurious, and I need to do a deep-cleansing facial like this! I think I'll try the Spa Packette from her site. I've been wanting to try these products for some time.

It's also sold at Harvey Nichols in London..

I must honestly admit I wrote this off as a no good celeb skincare adventure (it's made by Dustin Hoffman's wife)..and honestly I always figured that it probably cost an obscene amount..surprise!! it doesn't ..I waiting to hear if you guys think it's as great as the reviewer tho' before diving in..

:lol:Ahh lol! I had no idea it was Dustin Hoffman's wife. But I'll let you know, hanne, about it after I receive the kit. I really wanted to try the cleansers and masks especially.
