Not sure how truthful this is but there’s gonna be a male star for VC 20th too. Like what we had with the May issue = double covers? If true, think they should just do multiple covers:

A) Top national models
B) Actresses
C) The lone male star

Not sure how but that’d be a cool (but expensive?) idea.

Guessing it’s still not being shot yet or/and there may be unsynchronized logistics(???). Wonder if a cover could be tried in Paris at this moment because a few of the names that were mentioned/suggested, are/were there for HC. Including Liu Wen. Maybe this group will do for now as a backup… if the original plan falls through.

The photog could be Chinese. Hearing different things. Who knows.

Apparently, she has two more UNIDENTIFIED ads to be revealed. Last week it was alluded that she secured a big campaign – was this in reference to Fendi, or something bigger???

It’s the largest cast they have ever had on their cover – whether it’s one big group shot or across multiple covers, that detail wasn’t shared

The rumor of females born in 1985 and after was false; it’ll mainly consist of models, entertainers, actresses and whoever made an impact on Chinese culture as of lately


AND PLEASE DON’T QUOTE ME. Think Vogue China is in the process of launching Vogue Man for their region. Possibly it’s a preview that'll come out with the September issue. Believe it’ll officially launch next year(?)

Probably explains why suddenly a male cover star is in the mix. Additionally, could this be a temporary bandaid for the MIA GQ China – even if GQ Hong Kong is set for Sept – or simply a new, permanent and separate title for their market like Vogue Film, +, Collection, and Wellness, etc.

No further details on this. Or maybe men among women on the anniversary cover(???)


Noted earlier that Liu Wen is on a Sept cover. Maybe it’s for T, Cosmo, W or Wallpaper (can she finally get V Magazine?); Bazaar, Elle and Marie Claire are booked

HOWEVER. Think it’s almost certain or inclined to guesstimate that LW will be on both VC and another glossy. That’s how it came across from Weibo chatters
