^ It's now. And when the times are changing... we won't see much of her as her life chapters evolve.

Had me questioned and doing double takes at Prada but that was refreshing, different nowadays and impressive for the few that got cast. Glad to see the campaign face back on their runway.

Think this might be one of the most outfits Liu Wen has to get changed for a show (albeit layered). She has done three looks in the past but four… can’t recall.

Prada FW26 will be memorable for years to come.


Gucci. Hope that handbag was not her invite as attendee.

She hasnt done gucci in over 10 years??? She shouldn't even entertain doing their show unless she gets the campaign. Gucci shares have been in the dumpster for years, desperately trying to boost sales in asia now...

Precisely it's why Gucci hired Liu Wen in terms of their loss? Perhaps in the hope she’d bring visibility/interest (and spending) to the brand in some capacity? Not sure, but one would think by enlisting her, something is positively working? And this applies to all the brands she has been in business with.

Walking Demna’s Gucci is a continuation from walking his Balenciaga 7x. Maybe it’s not that deep; choosing to walk his debut is likely just another job for her. She’s needed? And get paid? Why not.

Surely a campaign could be negotiated if she continues to walk and if the company at large wants her in their atmosphere. We have seen how fervent and keen Kering is towards LW across their brands. She was everywhere for them.

Lastly, she enjoys shows and for those who care, we’re just happy to see her working and still doing runway. She is in fashion(!). :flower:

Oh, no. Reviewing Emporio’s show the cast definitely ‘improved’ courtesy of PG
and Alt. However, as long as Alt is there then Wen’s chances are slim. But who knows. Maybe PG, Elite, Elena and the suits have a bigger say altogether. Assuming same team will be at GA. It’s the only big show that needs crossed off and think we are in a new era at Armani. Won’t surprise if Vittoria O/C, hope we see more of the top Elite gang including LIU WEN. (After all she was in a Gucci dress – let’s elevate and elegant-cize this dress once and for all at Giorgio Armani.) :lucky:

Guess the only “issue” would be if she were to walk Dior/YSL, maybe she’s required to be in Paris asap(?).
