I saw a clip of Celine's S/S 04 show on style.com some time ago, and Liya was being photographed with a women that looked sorta like her, just older. Does anyone know if this is her mother?

It's always interesting to see model's parents, especially when there is a resemblance. I found the first two pics recently and capped the last three from the video.

I am really posting this because I need to find a picture of Liya which used to be found on the defunct yangabin. It is a black and white photo and she is wearing an open white jacket. It is by far one of Liya's best pics, if anyone has it can they please kindly post it on this thread? Thank you so much in advance.

I miss her too. I hope she'll do the VS show this november. Heidi Klum, who also had a baby is doing it so why shouldn' t Liya?

I personally think that this break is quite good for her career. Look at Ai tominaga, she had taken a long break and was considerably succesful in Paris for SS06. I think long breaks keeps models interesting. I hope Liya comes back really strong because she deserves it
