Long Scarf From London

My friend just bought me back a long fringed scarf from London.... I love it! It is about 5 ft. long and 1 ft wide. She said that the girls in London all wore them in a certain way around their necks but she couldn't figure out how they placed and tied them around their neck. She said everyone had theirs this particular way. Does anyone have any ideas or experience in how they are 'officially worn'.??? Thanks!

err i have a long scalf..and im from london lol. i didnt know there was a particular style. i either leave 1 long, double round the neck and throw the other on my back OR the same thing with both the ends on my front then tied it and pull one end over the one loop round my neck.
