Designer Abigail Lorick debuts her first collection with a beautiful and effortlessly elegant line for Spring/Summer 2008. A model who has lived in Paris, Milan and New York, Abigail has worked with designers like Alberta Ferreti and has been featured in magazines like Harper's Bazaar, and Elle. After moving to New York, she continued her career in the fashion industry by enrolling in the Fashion Institute of Technology. By 2004 Abigail was designing entire collections for T.S. Dixin. After several successful years designing for the line, Abigail felt confident leaving the company. In April of 2007 she started creating the concept of the Lorick Lady... Et Voila. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=-1]With a heart of gold, Abigail has also donated more then a year of her time, passion and skill to work with the important and vital [/SIZE][SIZE=-1]Lwala[/SIZE][SIZE=-1] : Living With A Life-long Ambition. The organization built and supports a new Hospital in Lwala, Kenya. The event will be hosted on World AIDS Day in November, and will be a black tie benefit and [/SIZE][SIZE=-1] Lorick[/SIZE][SIZE=-1] runway show in New York City. An important cause started by Milton Ocheing, who against all odds came to the U.S. and studied medicine at Dartmouth and Vanderbilt. He created Lwala to help the struggling people of his village. Notable names such as [/SIZE][SIZE=-1]Natalie Portman[/SIZE][SIZE=-1] and former Majority Leader Dr. Bill Frist are on the board for this special event. [/SIZE]
